Villers taraf\u0131ndan tan\u0131mlanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Villers, \u201cBacillus Amylobacter\u201d ad\u0131 verilen mikroorganizman\u0131n k\u00fclt\u00fcr ortam\u0131ndan siklodekstrinin izole edildi\u011fini ke\u015ffetmi\u015f, elde edilen kristal yap\u0131daki \u00fcr\u00fcn sel\u00fclaza benzedi\u011fi i\u00e7in bunlara \u201csel\u00fclozin\u201d ad\u0131n\u0131 vermi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p>K\u0131sa bir sonra, 1903 y\u0131l\u0131nda ise F.
